From my initial contact with the company right through the whole purchasing process nothing was too much trouble. All my questions were answered honestly and the car was superb when we collected it only a few days later. The vehicle was cleaned down on both occasions when we saw it. Social distancing and thorough cleaning measures were in place so we felt at total ease which is so important at the moment. Everything about NJS and their service is first class and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering buying a used vehicle from them. This is how used car buying should be.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a 4 star review, reviews are very important to us as they give potential customers an idea of the type of company they are dealing with, We are delighted you are happy with your purchase, To clarify your other point of the delivery driver not giving you much information, We are a small family garage, due to it being Cheltenham festival race week and the fact you were unsure how you would collect the vehicle after it was prepared for you, we offered to delivery the car to your home address completely free of charge. Unfortunately our deliver drivers are exactly that, they are not trained in handovers as this is normally the job of the salesman, Had you collected the car and not taken advantage of the free delivery you would have had that experience. Please feel free to call or email us with any queries you have about using the car and i will be more than happy to go through them with you. Once again thanks you review and enjoy your new car.
Professional, efficient and friendly service
From start to finish this was a professional and friendly experience. Everything was explained perfectly and there was no hard sell, I would definitely recommend and return again in the future.

A thoroughly positive experience.
Very helpful right from the word go. No nagging to purchase extras, no badgering of any sort. Answered every question I had informatively and concisely, and obviously knew what they were talking about. Found the entire experience to be easy, hassle-free and fair plus they even delivered my car to me at a time to suit my schedule. Car purchase made easy
Had the pleasure of meeting Neil and the team at NJS when we purchased a car from them recently. The car was exactly how he described when I spoke to him on the phone prior to our visit. Immaculate in great condition and drove like new. We were put under no pressure whatsoever and concluding a deal that suited both parties was hassle free. The car was ready to go so after concluding the formalities we were able to drive it away immediately, a very nice touch. I can not recommend NJS enough they are highly professional, honest, easy to deal with and present quality cars that they prepare meticulously.

Excellent Experience
Could not fault - he opened up for us on a Sunday so we could view the car, and took us out on a decent length test drive so we could really get a feel for the car. He really knows his stuff and nothing was too much trouble. Needless to say, we bought the car, and are really happy with it!

Used Freelander 2
Purchased used Landrover Freelander 2 over Christmas. Neil happily opened up New year's eve so I could view vehicle and gave me plenty of time to look round. Did a decent deal, and arranged finance with no hassle. Vehicle was ready to collect within a couple of days, and presented in great condition. Had a couple of issues which came to light after using for a few days, rapidly sorted & with use of free courtesy car. Certainly wouldn't have any problems recommending.

Trustworthy dealer
Perfect first car for my daughter, bought in preference to the lower mileage example from the Ford main dealer nearby as we had every confidence that it would be meticulously checked over and everything taken care of. Plus it was a nicer colour :) Always a pleasure to deal with, we're very happy with the car.

Top quality
Top quality car and top quality owner. This guy know what he is talking about and don’t mess you about and is willing to allow you to take the car for a long test drive down fast roads so you can get the feel for the car. All in all amazing!!!!

Fantastic Service and Quality Car purchase
Excellent service. The Ford Focus we purchased was in fantastic condition. NJS motors could not have been more helpful throughout the purchasing process. They couldn't have made it easier as we were able to take for a test drive immediately. Nothing was any trouble and no question left unanswered regarding the car's history. There was no pressure to purchase. We were impressed by the quality of all the cars they currently had for sale. Neil had all the paper work in order and this was the easiest and quickest car purchase we have ever made.The car was exactly as stated in the ad and is beautiful to drive. Would highly recommend them, and when we need another car in the future would definitely use them first.
